Here’s a chance to own the car that inspired the Taurus that revolutionized the automotive world in the 1980's. That alone should be worth the price of admission. NP.

The comment on the Lincoln lineup just shows why these slide shows are a waste of time. While Lincolns used to be gussied up Fords, that hasn’t been the case for much of a decade. There currently isn’t a Lincoln that is identical to its Ford cousin, with perhaps the exception being the Nautilus.
You truly have never lived in a place where it gets really cold.
I never did like this remodeling of Chevy’s large cars. I prefer the model introduced in 1977. No Dice for me.
I’m glad enough people liked it to give a NP lead; but for myself this one is too much work for the money so ND.
It is clear to anyone with eyes that the postal worker survived the crash despite the horrendous crashworthiness of the vehicle, not because of the crashworthiness of said piece of junk.
Level 2 chargers are useless to the normal public, unless those chargers are in places where people spend several hours such as malls or movie theaters. This is at best a third rate effort.
The first generation SHO only came with a manual, so if the character is placing the car in Park, then this isn’t a first generation SHO.
The only way that this car is worth anything is as a reminder of how awful cars in the 70's were. Otherwise this car should be recycled as quickly as possible.
What’s the worst about this article is not how far we’ve come, but how little these penalty boxes have changed over time. Considering they transport our most treasured resource, they really are the worst.
So the best thing about the car is that you don’t care it gets dented. You can do that with any old car if you’re rich enough.
I was forced to sleep at LAX. You’ve slept at one airport, you’ve really slept at them all.
Making the assumption that this plug-in would ever need a public charging station is crazy. The way these make sense is that you charge it at home every night. If that doesn’t suit you, then this vehicle isn’t for you. If that suits you, then this vehicle might just make sense for you.
I’m an older Gen Xer and I’ll be 60 in a few years.
They would be able to produce it today if they allowed it to be made in Europe, but that would be totally against brand. No, they have to wait until it can be produced in North America, thus the wait.
I first read that you had a 1980 T-bird which had nothing in common with this car, but the 1978 T-Bird was indeed very similar.
My oldest brother had one of these in the early 80's. I believe it had the 400 cubic inch engine. It certainly had more than plenty torque and power and would certainly top a safe driving speed. It would be interesting to drive one of these again for a single trip since no one can afford the gas on that hog. …
This is something that the Central Banks should consider when they are setting their interest rate policies. These average car prices are absolutely insane for average people making anywhere near starting wages. Car prices no longer reflect what the middle class can afford, but they are now a reflection of what…
I don’t think many people thought of the Thunderbird as a “kind of nicer Mustang.” Most people thought of it (at least from the 1970's onward) as as something akin to a Lincoln, especially the 2 door coupes such as the Mark series.
You’re kidding right? “It’s surprising to see Honda at the bottom of this list, when its current car offering is so good. Maybe Acura needed to move more NSXes before shutting the line down.” There isn’t a single Honda vehicle that gets me excited. Now if you want to see what a good current car offering is check out…
