I’d be currious to hear from someone on the inside, but it’s my understanding that at WOT conditions it may be possible to have enough carbon monoxide make it through the catalytic converter(s) and once it reaches the flamability window in concentration and hits the minimum ignition temperature this is what you’ll see…
