Maybe, but I think if anything I'd be the evil one. Can there be two evil twins and no lame nice one? I think yes.

Well, seeing as the child is back home with the mom, as per the original article Jez linked to, I'm guessing the authorities believed the mom to be responsible enough to have her child. They don't go into her story/reasoning very much, but for all we know she had a perfectly understandable situation. Maybe she works…
Every daycare I've ever dealt with has asked for a few emergency contacts, too. There are supposed to be policies in place for this type of situation. I commented above about a similar thing that happened to my mom when I was a kid above (TL:DR she broke her leg, I was briefly forgotten, they called my gran).
Yeah, but daycare centers typically have protocol in place for this type of thing. Once, when I was little, my mom fell down the stairs and broke her leg, sending her to the ER. When she didn't show up at the allotted time (this was before cell phones and my mom was very much out of it, she has also hit her head) they…
Wait, are you me?
Ehh, this is a little deceiving. If you actually go and look at those links, many of those steps are optional. For instance, on Gurl.com's, the author notes that not everyone uses both powders (she does because she wants extra coverage), bronzer, or brow powder.
I don't disagree with you, but this idea isn't commonly known and it's still contested in many circles, so I can see how it might be overlooked. Not defending that, and like I said, I agree with you.
Right? If they had big, curly hair instead of Cleopatra-dos they would kind of look like stereotypical Italian-American women (think Jersey Shore). I think this is a reach. That being said, Katy Perry does have a habit of being insensitive to various ethnic groups/races etc. So I dunno...
Wait, is that true? I tried to look it up, but my Google-fu isn't working out for me today, lol.
Wait, what? Not everyone in Africa is Black. The number of different races and ethnicities on the African continent is actually something I'm fascinated by. From African Holocaust:
I feel like just because this has a passing resemblance to a stereotype, it doesn't mean that was the intention. Now, don't get me wrong, I think Perry's team was more than a little tone deaf to not see how it might look bad, but I'm not convinced that this was their intention.
Please. You know, black women come in all sizes too, they're not just big booties and boobs. This is reaching.
I remember that! It's so unreal that people will actually believe this stuff.
OMFG I think I just had a stroke from this one...
I hate this shit show as much as anyone, but save us from your sanctimommy humble brag, please. We get it, you're better than everyone else!
I'm going through this now, myself. My husband cheated on me with a hooker, no joke. We're in therapy and trying to work it out, but I think my main issue is worrying about being alone. Of course, I'm not Tori Spelling rich by any means, so being alone for me would be a lot more work, but I still think staying for the…
Oh please. If they had been enforcing the rules all along, it would be a different story. I wonder how many of these kids were entirely unaware of many of the rules. The kid with the stubble? Come on, now. I agree with Guga, would you be saying the same thing if law enforcement started enforcing all the ludicrous laws…
This exact thing happened to a good friend of mine. I wonder if I know you, lol.
I dunno. The schools here in NYC are transitioning to uniform, and they're pretty laid back and easy (t-shirt and slacks/khakis).
They didn't say they hated teens, just that they're devious. Which they are. I say this as a former teenager who was devious as hell on occasion. Teens are just built that way. It doesn't make them bad. Their brains just haven't developed enough to be adults yet.
