I have always felt a strong and emotional connection to members of the LGBTQ community. It was actually a huge disappointment for me, when I came of age and realized that I was sexually attracted to men. So when my sister came out, Ithought, Thank God, someone in this family can truly represent my passions and

Oh, dear. I wouldn't want an actress to think that some people consider her to be of about the same level of importance as a pop star...

A level they reserve for child molesters and people who talk at the theater.

If he just showed up in costume in the background, I don't think it would really infringe on the rights technically. Kinda like the Halloween costume gag they pulled on Castle.

Please be revealed as a marvel character to be in one of the other movies, if not his own.

God, I would love to see a Captain Mal cameo in the background...

Too bad you don't know what you're talking about. Mitova? Strazheva? Zamolodchikova? Shushunova was no ballerina. Did you doze off during any Val Kondos routine? Liz Reid? Raisman / Sacramone? ANYTHING by Geza Pozer? (I do have a soft spot for anything Zmeskal)

In general, there are two tracks in high-level gymnastics - elite and non-elite/college. Elites are the gymnasts you see in the Olympics and World Championships and their code/skills/routines is much harder. This routine for example, counts the following acrobatic skills in the elite code - F, C, B, D, with A being

Don't know what gymnastics you've been watching- There are a million different styles of floor routine- I have never seen a competition where only 'ballet inspired dances' were done. Hip hop, modern, Bollywood... the sport has expanded and grown beyond the 'traditional' and restrictive rules of the past. For good

Elite gymnasts performing decidedly un-ballet-like (yet astounding) have been super-duper successful — like Aly Raisman's Olympic gold medal-winning performance to "Hava Nagila" in London:

She's a *college* gymnast, who therefore competes as per Level 10 (not elite) rules. So she (along with every single NCAA female gymnast) performs an L10 routine!

If Chief Wahoo were the mascot of a predominately or historically native american school or community team, that comparison might make sense. But that isn't the case at all. Notre Dame fans chose a name they thought was reflective of their heritage and values, Chief Wahoo is chosen as a caricature of someone

Her tumbling is superb, but only in college would that score above 50%. They insist on ballet-inspired dance, with classic form, in elite gymnastics. For good reason.

Totally disagree with "for good reason." Gymnastics is starved for a break in tradition when it comes to choreography, and while I agree her routine is certainly best suited for her current arena, it's refreshing to see someone break the mold like this.

The best part is you can tell how happy she is while she's out there.

I'm pretty sure Brazil nuts see her thighs and break on their own out of respect.

She has the body of superhero. And the moves too. If I ever get stuck in a burning car wreck, I know who I want rescuing me.

You guys, I feel this is a safe zone to say that I've been watching a ton of college gymnastics lately, and I'm loving it. Why isn't there more gymnastics on tv?!
