STAN: "C'mon Dipper, these morons aren't gonna rip themselves off!"
PERSON IN LINE: "Yeah!"

I don't remember reading anything about her being kicked out. I could be mistaken.

I have so many stories about the crap she convinced me and my little brother of. She had him genuinely believing, for several years, that she could turn him into a squirrel if he wouldn't go to bed. She also somehow convinced both of us that there was a period in history called "The Age of the Brown Elves" where it

That sounds good. I'll do that, too.

Then they put you on Funny or Die, and take the video to another person's house. You don't know them, and they don't know you. And they will be offered the same choice.

Aw. So how do we change the system?

I vaguely remember reading an article somewhere by a devout Muslim woman who went to a Drumpf rally, wearing her traditional garb and asking the supporters questions. It went well, and she got a better understanding of a group of human beings usually just dismissed as idiots. That was cool. I like it when people talk

I prefer religious crossover movies where the crossover is between two separate religions. Like that one where Jesus and Buddha are roommates.

I think that, ultimately, is my main problem with many religious mindsets. Being able to just look up the answers to life's big questions in a book and be done with it feels like cheating. I don't want to be given answers, I want to find them and understand them. Nothing that huge should be so easy to get without

Well, when I'm rich, I'll commission a needle big enough for TEN camels!

Whoa, you are awesome and a hero! This is what faith is about. I'm not very religious, but you have my sincere blessings for this.

I'd say both parties are at fault. It's wrong to take advantage of people's stupidity and the victims also should learn how not to be easily outsmarted. But I tend to find more fault with the ones doing the taking, because they're abusing power and don't deserve all the gifts they're getting.

I was raised Unitarian Universalist (my parents converted) and I'm really thankful for it. It gave me comfort while allowing me to make my own decisions about what I believed as I grew older. The end result might have been me deciding, "I'm pretty sure the supernatural stuff isn't true and I can just be a good person

There's no direct correlation (the three main archetypes are geared towards LG, NG, and LN/TN, though there are no explicit alignment restrictions), but they would probably have a lot in common with the one I just described. They'd be be more likely to take up personal causes, and I imagine a Chaotic Good paladin

For the most part yes, but sometimes the "humor" they use is really just an excuse for being a bully.

Ah, so they're not Christians so much as part of a Christian fandom. It all makes sense now!

Yeah, but pure clerics have to actually care what their god wants. It's easier to push your own agenda if you multiclass.

Actually, there's several different kinds of paladins now, each with different alignment requirements (well, not strict requirements, but each kind has certain tenants they must uphold that favors a particular alignment)! One is a more Neutral Good than Lawful Good, and focuses more on promoting beauty and harmony

Y'know, when I was little, I asked my Mom, who was basically the "dad" of the family when it came to messing with her kids, if a 6-pointed star was a Star of David, what a 5-pointed star was. She told me it was the Star of Bob. I assumed it was true (as with all other momfacts, like how her age was "bigger than 4")
