Nah, the flats exit is at the west end - past the rest stop. But it’s not a great idea to drive out on when wet though (especially on your own); when I was out there some internationals drove wayyy out into the wet and got stuck like 2 miles out. The sun was setting.... I have no idea how they were planning on getting…
