And there are like 3 Models of both the PS3 and 360, or 20+ if you count different storages. What is the point? There is none. They are all the same console.

Plenty of great games on the 3DS by this point. As a JRPG fan it's practically the best system to own in terms of recent releases.
Huh, there are good games on the 3DS... I don't know how you define epic, but I've spent around 60 hours on both Fire Emblem Awakening and Pokémon Y, and I'm not done with either of them yet.
Seriously. People buy things at the point at which it meets their personal level of value. I rarely buy games for full price and almost never upon release. I have something called patience that lets me buy things later at my leisure when the price is right for me.
There is one major point that I think the author misses: I have never heard of Inside a Star-Filled Sky. I hadn't heard of The Castle Doctrine until this moment, and know next to nothing about it. He blames his lackluster sales on the frequent price-cuts, saying that getting 25% of his revenue during launch week is…
Remember when Superman was a character about Hope, Truth, Justice, the betterment of mankind, and other such positive things?
I wish I could recommend this post more. It's called scaffolding in teacher jargon.
Um, duh. This is why we should stop giving trophies to the losing teams.
"With the Wii U a disaster"
This is kind of how I feel when I come across the "female doctor" debate.
Hard to be prepared for this when their systems were only use to the load from before on Wii, WIi U, DS and 3DS lines. Any significant jump in load will heavily stress servers. Sony and Microsoft dealt with the same issues, and to a lesser extent Valve (who asked for it)
Valve's store goes down when they offered a free game, they're the saviour of PC gaming. Nintendo's store goes down because there are too many people accessing it for games, Nintendo is doomed and will drop out of the console market in two weeks.
A jealous, angry, mass murdering dictator anthologized alongside a list of poorly documented and unimpressive miracles. Pfft.
Good art direction with limited hardware >>>> boring art direction with fantastic hardware.
While I am no fan of the WiiU or Nintendo, don't forget that we were saying the exact same things back in the Gamecube Days.
Has more good games than the other two. That's for sure.
We expect Sony's and Microsoft's new consoles to thrive over the next three years, with cumulative worldwide sales of 37.7 million PS4 and 29 million Xbox One consoles by year-end 2016. We do not expect Nintendo's Wii U to fare as well, with cumulative sales of under 20 million by 2016.
I've been gaming for over 20 years and I read gaming news when it still was printed on paper (can you believe it? In the past humanity used to print news on paper, not the internet) and all I can say is that predictions mean absolutely nothing. More than often the outcome is not even close to what they predict.
I haven't been having any issues, so that's cool I guess.
I would say you could be right, if it wasn't because Steam and Playstation had the same problem over the holidays. The Pokémon Bank, I won't deny, it's part of the issue but not the only issue.
