Yea not really. It is true however that kids are being raised playing games on touch screen devices instead of gameboys and nintendo consoles. And it is true that the audience that bought the innovative games that allowed the ds to sell over 150 million, games like brain age and nintendogs, have kind of moved to…
It's up to the developers whether ps plus is needed for free to play. I think it depends on whether they use sony's servers or not.
This wasn't nearly as awful as I had initially expected. Though of course the onus is not on grand theft auto to increase the presence of women in any way, and no the game your describing at the end is not the one they wanted to make. Still not a bad article though. Glosses over the elements of masculinity that…
"Let me spell it out for you since you don't seem to get it. Without a successful Vita TV, not only does Tearaway not exist, but the Vita itself continues to wither and die" I disagree, but it doesn't really matter because a successful vita tv, is not a successful vita, it's simply a successful vita tv. First party…
Listen, more games to play is good, and I love to see that happening already with the vita, but I just wanted more for the console is all. Wouldn't be the worst thing in the world, it's inevitable anyway.
"The installed base is not growing quickly enough, due to a lack of games." If only sony had their own studios to invest in the hardware. The unique features it has over the vita amounts to playing on tv. Let me spell t out for you since you still don't seem to get t. n the world of a successful vita tv, Tearaway…
I don't care whether you take the time to look for the answer. I've explained it to a lot of people in this thread. If you want to know, just look.
An xbox 360 with kinect and no 360 controller IS A DIFFERENT SYSTEM. I really don't care what you think is a gimmick or not, but it is a different platform. An xbox 360 that only has kinect support isn't an xbox 360, but a vita tv has far more potentially damaging effects than a kinect only xbox.
I've already expressed to multiple people why you're wrong. I'm sorry if I'm not interested in rewriting it. Look around if you want, or don't, I honestly don't care.
No it isn't a wiiu. I'm surprised you can't see that. Do you at the very least understand why someone who wanted to see what the touchscreen on the wiiu could do, would have reason to pretty much abandon all of that? A system with completely different capability, is a different system. Rockband peripherals are just…
Like i said to someone else, bad design is not an argument against any feature. And you're very confused if you think there aren't many many ds and 3ds games that require you to use the touch screen.
If this sells, then you wouldn't be developing games for the vita, you'd be developing around the dualshock 3, which means it wouldn't make any sense to release just for the vita. Which means there's no real reason to develop specifically for the vita, but maybe greater incentive to make vita versions of your ps3…
No they'd make vita versions of ps3 games, which is nice for many vita owners, but some want more, and some non owners need more of a reason to buy .
Then it probably wasn't the console for you to begin with. Same for the ds, the 3ds, and the wiiu.
Yea it took some time for the ds to come into it's own, and wasn't nintendo saying they weren't necessarily done with the gameboy? What if they released a gameboy that played ds cartridges? That's kind of it for the touch screen right?
That'd be true if the ps3 slim didn't play games with a dualshock 3. It'd be like nintendo releasing a new version of the wiiu that doesn't use a touch-screen, it's not really a wiiu is it? And if it sells well what do you think happens that old version with the touchscreen? I recommend you read a lot of my other…
You're doubling the consumer base with a completely different console. A console that plays dualshock games. Which is nice, except why would a developer design a game around the dualshock but not release it on ps3? or even ps4? I can't imagine they would.
No, no it's not. Either you're blind or not very smart, either way it's not my job to help you so good luck figuring out why what you said is wrong.
No. There are already games on the vita that don't take advantage of it's touch or networking capability, many of these are great games and are great to play on the vita. These games are also available on other platforms and are not convincing people to buy a vita. It's getting support and it's still in sales limbo.…
