Check out the lights on the left right at the start, top is Red and bottom is amber.
The top go’s amber signalling gates rising.
Gates go up, they are all amber, soon as the gate stops it’s ascent the lights go to Red the gates are coming down.
No other colour changes to the sides of scenary.

The lights clearly go from amber flashes to Red flashes yet both cars still drive onto the tracks.
If I can see that in the dash cam footage, both drivers can.
If lights are flashing then you are to stop until they are not flashing, it’s pretty simple.
Amber = You better stop
Red = No entry
