I put IV in the rotation fairly regularly. Only because it’s so dumb it’s entertaining. ‘Murica f*** yeah.  It’s up there with Death Wish 3 in terms of self-parody.

I just don’t understand the popularity of Elsa. She’s clearly the villain (in the first one) and not a very likable character to boot. It must be the song.

I’d say the paaaaaaaaacing killed Rock N Rolla. Maybe the boring writing? I think I was asleep by the time the signature, rube-goldberg machinations of the final act clicked into place.  Oh well.  If this one sucks I can always watch the other two again.

No mention of how unusual the artwork is?  I’d forgotten who wrote this as I’ve always considered it Dave McKean’s work.

I got arrested a while ago and found it odd that the two black people in town were in central booking with me, were on a first name basis with the prison guards, and appeared to be there on bullshit charges.  Nah the police totally aren’t racist at all.

casting aside.  It was still terrible.  I still remember how bad the editing was; and that was just one of it’s innumerable faults.

Give them houses? housing is not exactly affordable in LA. The city would have to like set aside some housing for this purpose or something. But why waste space on some homeless deadbeats when you could be replacing that housing for luxury apartments? Nah, I’m pretty sure LA county is just fine with the homeless…

Face/Off perfect?  Maybe I need to rewatch it.  Perhaps I consider the Killer to be perfect because it’s subtitled.
