The Unibrow styling of the front end of all the current gen Hondas bothers me immensely. When the unibrow is black on a dark car it bothers me less, but when it’s chrome or on a light color car all I see is.

There are a couple of things in this train wreck of a movie that I actually do enjoy. That being said I’ve only seen it the one time. But I don’t remember loathing it, not like I did Torque. That is a riot worthy pick. (though it’s not about racing, so it doesn’t fit I guess.)

I don’t know... with no more information than what was given I thought $2,100 for a 1985 Toyota Land Cruiser seemed kind of high. Considering it could be barely running with 300k or 400k miles.

Plus I’ve owned an 89 4-Runner from MN, and I know what kind of rust buckets 80s Toyotas turn into with their bad steel.

I’ve owned 4 VWs built in Wolfsburg, Germany. And I’ve owned 2 built in Puebla, Mexico. The Mexican ones have actually been perfectly fine. But the VWs built in Westmoreland, Pennsylvania had a reputation for being junk and falling apart.

I remember the days when you were buying Volkswagens that you actively looked for the WVW in the VIN number, because that meant it was built in Germany. You didn’t want the one built in the U.S. (1VW) or Mexico (3VW).
