As much as I would like to see Apple get knocked down a peg, I don't think it will happen. Apple has a way of creating incredibly loyal customers. And even with a major design flaw, there doesn't seem to be any hits in the sales. Look at the iPad, you could do more with devices that already existed for less money, but…

@brobot: Actually I belive it is this kind of thinking that caused the antenna problem. They wanted the phone to look pretty despite possible technical issues. I am sure thier engineers could have/did tell them that physical contact with the antenna would degrade performance. But having that slick looking metal around…
