The SWAT officer who pulled the trigger is to blame. The person who called the fake incident into the police is to blame. The person who passed along the victim’s address is to blame.

Star wars battle royale (not made by EA)

sounds like you got this chief

It’s only Monday..

I know it’s a slow weekend with people watching either The Punisher or Justice League, but come on. This is not news.

You are spot on, I lived in a city with an EA office that was there just for QA contract work and I met so many people who would tell me they worked for EA and then when I asked what they did it came out that they were QA contractors. This is like saying you work for Warren Buffet if you work for the company that

A great example for the d-bags who like to say “Kotaku is just clickbait.” Good stuff.

That awesome moment someone on a video game blog is a better investigative journalist this half the media in the nation. Anyway, I believe he is lying(it’s obvious) but I don’t say that to be mean to him. I wonder what was his reason for doing something like this? It seems very strange. I hope this gets an update.

I concur, it really IS good to see the guy in one piece. Anyone know any home-made recipes for slash wounds? Maybe something combined with a tiny amount of bleach?

So the takeaway is that they changed it, got it

I hope we all see the irony in someone winning a “For Honor” competition in a strikingly dishonorable fashion. Not just the exploit but that after winning he shot off a “wow this was so easy, I didn’t even practice,” line. Honestly I’m half inclined to think it was intentional.

Is this considered against the rules, or just a shift in tactics?

Early access has ruined the genre.

sweet. i’ll c u later :)

whats your twitch name?

Streaming is obviously an important element to the developer. But I can’t imagine why it would hurt viewership to have a 5 minute delay option. If I streamed a game like this, I would definitely delay the stream to the point that it didn’t get me killed.

And with what evidence do they have to prove that he did stream snipe.

Even if we did have evidence that this guy was looking at his stream, I feel like making that against the rules is silly. You don’t want everyone online seeing where you are in the game, maybe don’t stream in the first place. Or at the very least use a different name so you can’t be identified.

What, the Switch?
