Ford has detailed that it’s FWD until slip is detected or until “drift mode” is selected - then the rear wheels will get power too. Trust me, this is probably a very good thing, because the electronically-controlled rear will probably react much more quickly than you’d ever notice the front wheels slipping.

A friend of mine parked at O’Hare awhile back and figured out that after parking for a certain number of days (maybe 3-4) that it was cheaper to pay the “lost ticket” fee than to pay the daily fee. So he “lost” his ticket.

I like a location a chain store has near me because they have an in-house “speed shop” guy. That’s kinda neat and he’s nice and helpful, but that doesn’t mean he can actually get the specialty parts I need or that I’m buying anything at all in their store. Proximity rules.

I left the key on overnight in the Mini and I think I burned something out in the ignition system. I put in a new coil, but I’m waiting on new points/condenser/rotor/cap from England. I should have sourced locally and paid the extra money, but I didn’t think it would take weeks for the parts to get here. I’m spoiled

@0:56 “... and the GoPro will melt, I fear.”

I think proximity might make the beer more expensive. If I had to guess, they’re figuring that the people at Cardinals games are proud enough of A-B to pay for the beer, regardless of prices.

I would have figured in the four weeks since I’d posted this you might have found some time to read the rest of my comments. Still highly recommended.

I live on a cul-de-sac with a small island that essentially turns it into a mini-roundabout. Shown below.

Yovani Gallardo hit a home run and pitched 8 scoreless for the Brewers in a 1-0 victory over the Pirates on 4/29/09. I’m sure it’s happened other times since 1962 as well, unless you’re referring to the AL.

Wow, that’s incredible. Thanks for sharing!

[Moving]... is an expensive and complicated process and most of the time they’re probably bluffing while saying they’ll do so.

Holy crap!

Guys who push Skylines and Supras beyond 1000hp feel/listen their engines, when something is off, they know what to do.

The LFA is really good, but it doesn’t come anywhere near the FXX Evoluzione.

I love those angry sneeze downshifts...

I’m a big fan of vintage races. Road America just had the HAWK Challenge this weekend. I didn’t go, but it was amazing to see some of the photos of old F1 cars on course.

Tesla Model X - the new new NSX.

If you’re trying to drag race in a FR-S/BRZ (or a mini-van, for that matter), you probably shouldn’t be buying one anyway.

On the car =/= in the car! All of those are things that you can definitely fit on a Miata or in a FR-S/BRZ.

Is that the guy that had the Altima? ;)

I’d love to imagine one at $28k, but part of the reason they don’t have the same engine as the WRX is because it’s $28k as-is. Many people have estimated the cost with something other than the FA20D, but I’m not going to bother. People would complain if this was a more expensive car with the same power as the WRX, too.
