Wages need to be adjusted with inflation, not the other way around.
If only it was a just for technical reasons. The PS3 had PS1/2 software emulation on the 80gb model which could run around 80% of the ps2 games. I get that emulating the ps3 is hard and hasn’t been done with great success yet but they have no excuses for ps1/2 emulation because they already have a decent emulator.…
Just play some Call of Duty or any games that requires to often press on the joystick while tilting it. It’ll destroy any joysticks within 500 hours.
I feel bad for everyone that worked on this game. It’s far from a scam and clearly a case of mismanagement and lack of funding/time. Not every developer have the means of delaying their game infinitely. When running out of money on such a costly project, your options are very limited.
Can you imagine if every real life Karen in GTA 6 received $2m?
PS1/2/3 physical backward compatibility.
To me those kinds of games are best played on private servers with a few friends like Minecraft or Valheim. That way, you don’t get all kinds of chaotic stuff.
That I just don’t get. From a studio direction perspective, wouldn’t you want to put all the people you spent money on in your credits?
They aren’t whore houses, they are a host club and a massage parlour: very respectable establishments.
It’s not cool to kill people IRL but everyone is doing it in video games. That is the whole point of fiction and fantasy.
Yeah and at least, their PC ports are usually an upgrade over the console versions.
Wasn’t the leaked footage from a while ago was on PS4? It basically looked like GTA 5. So I wouldn’t be too worried about the Series S. At worst, it’ll be something like 900p 30 fps.
Yeah, what’s the link with BTC?
There is few reasons to purchase video content in digital format if you don’t have full access to a DRM free video file. Ease of access if one good reason but that’s why unlimited video streaming through a subscription is a thing. If you can’t own what you buy, then what is the point of paying for it?
That’s right, it definitely wouldn’t be the same if it was a yearly release.
The Spotify Wrapped only shows how annoying the algorithm can be with some specific songs.
I’d rather have 3 new GTA games than 3 remasters/remakes at this point. The originals were still good. Updating them to work with modern hardware (higher resolution and aspect ratio, unlocked frame rate, some accessibility features) would have been good enough.
Why would it be weird for the player count of a single player game to drop a month or two after release? People try the game, some finish it, some drop it. There is an actual end to the game. A new game plus is not really a motivation to keep playing the same game for years. I had my fun but I have other games to play.
