I had a couple of friends that had these in high school. One rolled, but was up righted and continued on its way. It only was killed when my friend’s dad used it to escape our town during a 500 year flood. He took flight in it going over a dirt dyke. The four wheel drive broke and he sold it to a local mechanic who

Look at all those trucks with appropriate sized grills. Why can't that retro look come back?

I would prefer to buy a vehicle made by American workers. This puts the money in the US economy. Buying something like a Silverado built in Mexico vs a Tundra built in Texas. More money will go back into the economy if the assembly workers are in the US.  It’s not like GM is paying income tax on the profits.  But, all

When does a Fiero just get to be a Fiero?

The rest of the world does American SUVs better than any state side manufacturer.

I want this.  Take my money and give it to me.

First rule of Turning Point is to not talk about the racism.

The Buick Glate?  G-Late?  I really hate alpha numeric car names. Especially if the numbers mean nothing.

Why couldn’t we just get this.

What really makes me mad is that there is a Colorado based suv made in Brazil that is awesome. The Blazer should have been a direct competitor to the 4runner. Not a rehashed Equinox.

I’ll take a Saab 9000 Griffin instead for way less money and way more fun.

I swear I just saw a blue one of these this weekend.  Any reason one would be in East Grand Forks, MN?

Living in North Dakota and graduating from MSU in Bozeman, I know this stretch well. It is a long, boring drive across I94. On the plus side, speeding tickets in ND are $1 per mph over the limit on the interstate.

At 200 miles a day, 50,000 miles a year, and if you manage to average 20 mpg, you would spend $7500 per year on gas at $3 per gallon. Plus fluid changes. Even if you had to replace the battery after 5 years, you would be ahead.

I want this:

Everytime I see this, I have to make sure it isn’t the Jeep I sold about two years ago for work.  For $500.  I think that guy got a better deal.

My new mission in life is to complain about the new Chevy Blazer. It is unneeded and unnecessary. What is needed is something to compete with the 4Runner, Wrangler, and Bronco. That is the Brazilian Trailblazer. It is based on the Colorado platform, in the same vein as the S-10 Blazer. It is also available with a

Way back in 2003 I had an ‘89 Saab 900s that I drove through my senior year of high school and the three years I went to college. I was preparing to move out of state and back to school when I grenaded the transmission. Instead of fixing, I found an ‘88 900 three door, base model with only 60,000 miles on it. Bought

This. I used to work at a big box store. People with pickups might have been the dumbest humans alive that haven’t drowned on their own spit from being so slack jawed.

I don’t know how much I can trust Carfax. I just traded in a car I bought used about 3 years ago. The dealer now has the car listed as a Carfax one-owner car and is CPO. I dumped it on them because of all the issues I was having. Hope that CPO warranty works for the new (second/third)owner.
