I wonder if that was timing.  Body on frame SUVs were selling like hotcakes when the Magnum was being made.  However, wagons have been a tough sale for thirty years, even though for probably well north of 50% of SUV/CUV drivers would enjoy them wagon more.  I told my wife I wanted a wagon and she said she would never

This is what bugs me about wagons in the US. Why do they need to be ‘rugged? Why can they be sporty? I miss the days of Subaru Legacy wagons. I really hate Outbacks. Why do they sit so high? Volvo dis the same with their wagons for a while. The new V90 is my huckleberry.

If I can fit 9 people in the car and split the gas money, is it really that un-eco friendly?  City buses don’t get good mileage and only seat a couple more people than this.

It definitely isnt much uglier than a first gen equinox. As the owner of a GM crossover, I can say their design language isn't improved much from the appliance on four wheels aesthetic. Formless blobs lumbering down the road with no more required than being useful and safe. No more. No less.

Totally agree. I have a friend in the FD in my town in North Dakota. One January they had an apartment fire when it was way below zero Fahrenheit. He said they had problems with frost bite on the guys working the water lines. The next day, the building was covered in ice that was feet thick. But, they kept at it. All

Best two-toned paint combo ever.  Plus the interior.  King Ranch is the Urban, Rhine-Stoned Cowboy to the Eddie Bauer’s Outdoor Man.  I would gladly rock an Exploder if it looked that nice.  All the ones of that vintage, where I live, are rusting away.

Sold one of these at work about two years ago. Had to go back and make sure it wasn’t the same one. I thought that one was a piece of junk, and I got $500 for it, and they shipped it from North Dakota to North Carolina. I thought they were crazy.

Well, that car is never getting stolen.  He might be a genius.

TL/DR.  Skipped straight to CP as any Range Rover out of warranty is CP all day.  Don’t care if it is free.

I work at a university in north dakota. I needed a vehicle to get around campus last winter and was given a transit connect. The load height was excellent. It parked easy. The engine loved to rev. Plus it had an actual handbrake to help the back end rotate at low speeds. It made me rethink buying my full sized cuv. I

Don't turn it off. Put it in neutral. Keep your brakes and steering.

Propane tanks fit nicely in a milk crate.  Almost perfectly.  Makes for a wider base.  Plus, if needed, lots of spots to attach tie downs.

As someone who graduated from MSU-Bozeman, I approve of the bar’s actions.

Why isn’t the infotainment standardized? Every computer maker doesn’t have their own OS. Just use Android or Apple and be done with it. Everyone would be happy and there would be redundancy standard.

The people that say millenials don’t have enough common sense are the same ones that can't keep from opening an email without getting a computer virus.

On Carcomplaints.com, the Astro/Safari is listed as one of the best vehicles in terms of reliability. I know a few people who enjoy theirs and have put a lot of miles on them. I would definitely consider them one of the best ‘end of the world’ scenario vehicles.

Having worked at a big box store, this stupidity isn’t rare. I don’t get why people don’t understand that seats fold down, offering much more space.

It looks like you can’t discriminate someone in DC based on their political party. If the driver didn’t say he wouldn’t give them a ride because they are Republicans, then he would be in the wrong. Not wanting to drive them based on their personal views, ie followers of Trump’s views, is well within his rights.

This sounds like a perfect allegory of the future of Government. A bunch of highly-paid incompetent people talking about doing something, and only one guy who does the actual work.  That is how it is in my State job.

Anal Amigo (Bruh...)
