Shell Smash and other similar moves also got a very nice added bonus. It will have the usual effect of increasing your Attack, SpA and Speed by 2 stages, while resetting your Defense and SpD stats.

I don’t think Mafia is really an open world game, in the typical sense. Yes, there is a huge city, you can jack cars and move around freely, but I always felt Mafia games were a linear story, with the city used as a vehicle to portray the setting.
