Hahaha, I don't have a problem with him, I have a problem with him and Dante both being there. I hate clones in fighting games (it's bad enough in Smash Bros. or Street Fighter). They wouldn't really have a big difference in moveset, would they?

This. You can still get roughly 20 bucks from a used MvC3, problably more if you sell it thought Amazon, and that right there is half the price. You would basically be paying a small price for a lot more content.
