Interesting thought. Either way, for me, Ebert was right on the money. I had never seen anything like it before, & it continues to be that one horror film I will sit people down to watch if they haven't all ready.

Oh, but the original was a Citizen Kane, or something.
Roger Ebert called it, "… one of the best horror films ever made — and, as an inescapable result, one of the most horrifying."

Post-modern, randomness, chaos … whatever. It made the movie a drag & is the reason I never want to see it again.

That is why there is Trefology.

didn't AV report of a Scorsese restoration with recently discovered lost scenes? so this release is in addition to the other one?

Rolling Stone is almost $30, so they must have gotten wind of this article (I use the word article though I should say, ad) & did the old bait & switch.

The only true cult is Trefology.

timely

cross should go gold mining with randy quaid, & brian posehn

Because that girl rape, tortured & murdered herself at the Avery doorstep

The Gonk from Dawn of the Dead. I'm no longer able to enjoy it as a piece of work independent of DotD

true for broccoli

Ah, raspberries. 'Little Girl' is my favorite track off the album

I'm thinking Han Solo's son

I agree whole heartedly with the article but for one thing — I thought Coneheads was way funnier than it should have been. In fact, I liked it a lot.

When you use the word, "Fuckin'" things get funnier.

But Tim there are so many re-boots yet to reboot!

If (almost) anyone else had staged the elevator stunt you would call it brilliant. Replace Shia LaBeouf's name with Patton Oswalt & the AV would have devoted an article to it. Face it, AV, Shia LaBeouf is not your enemy.

Eh. That's ok. I feel as tho I have all ready seen it.
