I was just like that in college too!

It's more about wanting to assimilate into a more powerful and accepted social group. For 1st generation Asians, that's pretty much any non-Asian group.

Italian (from Italy) men are very chauvinistic and pushy as well. Yet we hardly ever see White women, even Italian American women, use Italian men as reasons to denigrate all White men in America.

Lots of Asians tend to internalize the idealization of White people. And if there's a bad White person, then he's a rotten apple.

Do you mean they don't date Japanese-Japanese men? Japanese American men? Asian men in general?

Sounds like an excuse. There are lots of sexist White men. In fact, the majority of White men vote for a party that has been relentlessly pursuing the scaling back of women's reproductive rights.

Perspective from an Asian guy:

Extremely well said. It's always great when an out-group member perfectly understands the situation as well as, if not better than, an in-group member.

Pshaw, what a bunch of manginas! I bet I could take Daniel Craig on in a cage match. You know, I was quite the athlete in junior high. Would've made it to the NFL if it weren't for that toe injury.

He's already a billionaire, so money doesn't mean that much to him. But the embarrassment of losing his team is a good punishment.

Amen.

This is somehow Jeremy Lin's fault. /sarcasm

Women's sexuality is often seen as a mark of her man's, or men's, honour. The less control of her sexuality he has, the less of a man he is.
