As a queer, I want to say that I fucking love our goddamn community.

Booker, for sure, is eyeing a 2020 run. I, personally, would love Michelle in 2020. She’s educated and a badass and handled herself with more grace than I could ever muster given the crap thrown at her.

Agreed ... and Booker faces an uphill battle anyway with his turn-coating around reducing prescription costs. He along with several other dems allowed for the bill to be killed, when there was in fact a few republicans that stepped across the aisle. Not gonna win any favor with that move.

They’re doing great, but I know it’s mainly meaningless. Campaign commercial fodder maybe.

Booker will run. Franken will not. Bennett and Kaine might but Dems do NOT need to put up another entitled white man. I dream of a Warren run but pretty sure she’s gonna take a pass (and I will forever be sorry for the missed opportunity). I could definitely get behind Duckworth or Kamala Harris in 2020.  

Plus, they haven’t had to do as much grilling in the last 8 years. Being in the opposition party frees up a lot of pent-up aggression.

I’d like to add, I’m not talking about the agency heads like Comey. I’m talking about Joe and Sally analyst. The average people that busted their asses to get CS and engineering degrees (and others) that joined the IC because they believed they could make a difference and now spend 8 hours a day tracking down child…

I honestly think it has more to do with him expecting every serving government official having to “show him respect” by being there when he becomes president.
