This looks like different content (though some areas do look the same), it has been a while so it is hard for me to tell. Is this an expansion of all new content, rather than a replay of the base game?

It was Prey 2, which they cancelled and moved production to a new studio. This is the new incarnation, just titled “Prey”.

This “enthusiasm” is in these cities (New York, Chicago) that went blue for Hillary, they did what they could. It was the states that went red that were the problem and they, for the most part, aren’t out protesting the results.
