To be fair, a stand-in’s job is to literally do nothing but stand there. They’re just there so the technical crew can adjust lights, etc. with someone roughly the same size and coloring as the actual “star,” so as to speed up the setup process without taking up the real cast member’s time.

Because it’s just the immediate family of people Gawker hates that kill people. Nobody ever talks anymore about that time Laura Bush killed someone with her car. Or the time Hulk Hogan’s son killed someone with his car.
