Unfortunately for me, the Global Jewish Conspiracy won’t allow me to get into stand-up. I’m stuck in our Illuminati Outreach department.

True story, I was invited to a co-workers house one time and he offered me a delicious looking pork dish. When I declined because of lingering influences of my orthodox jewish upbringing, he got super excited and told me it was OK because he had made it with kosher salt. I tried to explain that that wasn’t how it…
Occam’s Razor. Don’t add complexity to your solution if it’s one that works already.
Jeff Fisher is a suck.
Andy Reid same idea
Fisher was the tanking team’s coach before tanking was A Thing.
Isn’t that John Fox’s job?
Sure, why not. He could be a full-time rebuilding head coach, for when a team wants to stockpile draft picks for a few years.
The Browns are usually hiring. And given their own reputation as QB poison, perhaps two negatives make a positive. Why not?
Isn’t that what Buck Showalter does in MLB? As I remember he took the Yankees when they were down, then got fired and the team went to the World Series. Then he went to Arizona when the franchise started. got fired and then the team won the Series. If Baltimore fires him now, maybe the O’s will make it.
Yeah, I think there is plenty of evidence in all sports that there are coaches who are good at building nothing into something, and then coaches who are good at taking that something to championship level. Like the Warriors became a playoff team under Mark Jackson, and then champions under Steve Kerr.
Oh, oh, he should go to Cleveland. Maybe the Cleveland and Fisher QB karma will go so far negative it will come out the other side.
This is kind of like how war torn, third world nations need a dictator to get their shit together, but then once they’ve got the basic under control should transition to a republic.
See Fox, John
So, Cleveland? Seems like they’d love 7-9 about now.
Reminds me of someone in EPL—maybe Mark Hughes?—who has a reputation for doing exactly that with subpar teams, then fading fast when they are mediocre.
So you’re saying the Browns should give him a call, then?
So what you’re saying is that the Bears and Browns should be fighting to the death to bring him in as their HC?
Well, if you take the case to a Jury trial I think he might get 10-15 years in football jail but he may get off with nothing. On the other hand, if you offer him a plea I bet he’d take 7-9.
Definitely my favourite James Taylor album.
