I was referring to actually biting the tongue. If it hits during something where his tongue is out and the fall occurs he can bite it pretty bad.

I don’t know if this is the case, but my brother has seizures and the first time you see one you have that sort of reaction because it looks like they are choking to death or they bite their tongue. Even after seeing many it is still scary.
