I like that judge. Seems to be walking that line fairly well where neither party is given too much leeway. It is a trial about rape so no matter who is right and wrong it is awful, but this seems to be a little less awful than most of them.

That protester was lucky it was just a beating. He can pie another day.

I find myself watching way less NFL this season and it has zero to do with Kaepernick. I think it is all the pomp and circumstance around the game that kills it for me. The main college games are like that too now. I tune in late to see what happens, but I don’t mind missing all the fluff that comes before that.

Extra, Extra! Gnarly Groin Tear Can’t Stop Monster Dong! Extra, read all about it!

There you go with your liberal overstatements again. He doesn’t want to destroy America. He just wants to destroy all the parts he personally doesn’t like because what is America if you can’t have it your way. Or was that Burger King I am thinking of?

When I read the headline I thought it was going to be the players were complaining that the extra workouts led to exhaustion led to bad play. Which is probably the case, but as we all know in the NFL there is no double jeopardy so they can be punished in a multitude of ways.

It’s loud, for some reason, in the stadium.

You are very right on one hand, but on the other I have sat on a naming committee as a “citizen expert” (whatever the heck that meant) and a discussion, debate and then having a press conference to say you are changing the name of a park bench is up there.

Diner: “Can I have the double bacon cheeseburger, fries, beer and the injured player walk-through special please.”

Waiter: “Would you like the special teams player injury or can I interest you in upgrading to a starter?”

That headline sounds like the perfect hipster tagline for a cheap beer.

Roger Goodell: Finally! Someone gets me!

I crossed the rice mob once. Got mixed up in a turf war between “Uncle” Ben and the Roni family.

He just Benny Hinned that Devil!

I found it!

A.J. Preller suspended 30 days without pay for this. I can’t remember a GM being suspended before.

Lawyer: I submit these are the words Mr. Rose knows. I do not see consent on there do you?

My friend who is a lawyer said immediately upon reading that she would have advised him to say no he didn’t know either until they explicitly defined what they meant by it in this context. She said it sounds awful on the surface, but in a trial the meaning of a word isn’t set in stone to a jury and both sides try to

Sadly I think this is true of anything anyone posts, myself included. I present a picture of what I want to say and how to say it. I take it all in with a grain of salt.

The plan is for Hinkie to amass a huge amount of guest lectures in the hopes that one of them pans out as a semester long teaching job. From there it is only a matter of time until he is dean. Just wait. You will see how brilliant this is!

I don’t actually believe either. It is the X-files. I just want to believe there is something out there for every team. Alas for a few the reality is...
