You could certainly argue that, but it doesn’t mean that you’re right.

Pardon me while I laugh all the way down to my fishing boat on the gulf coast.

I wish you would sit down and shut up and it has nothing to do with your race.

Oh boy, big words! Now I’m just all confused! /s

Some people have a theory that the earth is flat. Just because you have a theory, doesn’t mean it makes any sense.

Awww, such vitriol! Better watch that anger, you’ll blow a gasket!

“That statement indicates that you’re unfamiliar with any attempts at reforming financial and education systems in predominately Black areas. ”

I mean, I could switch to Trump. Odds are that it would be substantially better for me financially. If you want to call someone out for being for a candidate that supports justice and equality, you should realize that I could be voting for someone much, much, worse.

It was effective at getting a dialogue. It was also effective at cementing my opposition to the BLM movement (not the goal of racial equality, but most certainly every person that self-identifies as a member of the BLM movement.)

“Even Scalia agreed that statutory interpretation must be done within a contextual framework”

“Well it’s in response to events that made them feel like black live didn’t matter”

Honestly, what needs to be sold to whites is getting off our asses and taking meaningful action to improve racial equality. I’m not even talking about racial equality under the law, I’m talking about measures to improve every day life, education, earning potential, and other opportunities.

Still not working, try again!

““They” did stop trying to silence Bernie Sanders; in fact, he ended up having a dialogue with BLM folks and rewiring some of his policy points.”

No, they are shown that black lives matter less. That’s a rather distinct difference, and changes to dialogue significantly.

“I guess the American society that took until 2015 to make an attempt to hold police officers accountable for the killing of unarmed Black civilians.”

The statement wasn’t “black lives matter as much as white lives.” The statement indicates that the assertion was made that black lives don’t matter at all. It was not.

Or I could not, but, whatever.

“Black lives matter”, without more, is a statement in a vacuum. No one said black lives don’t matter. It’s not a reply to something, it’s an assertion and a non-inclusive one. People that want to be included making a non-inclusive statement is a little hypocritical.

As I stated elsewhere:
