Good to know! It’d be great if BMW, or some aftermarket company, would come up with a larger tank that could be installed though. The one thing that would push me towards a Volt over an i3 would be the range because of the gas tank.

I just wish they’d give the i3 a bigger gas tank. most of my driving is in the city, but we occasionally take a trip down to the beach, which is 5 hours away. The fact that they designed this as strictly a city car irritates the hell out of me.

A) That jeep is probably a rental. The people that got into the accident were from Florida, and that jeep wear Colorado plates. Most folks that title vehicles elsewhere usually do it for ATV’s or RVs and use Florida or Montana. Jeep and ATV rentals for trail riding are big business up there. Better hope this guy…

I think that set tends to gravitate more towards the big sedans than the SC300’s. In my area I see more high school kids driving these than anything, because mom and dad have gotten something newer.
