This is a brave interpretation Netflix is doing in Sandman season 2.

I was kind of surprised they haven’t developed Zola in to the MCU MODOK

I’d love to see Sam and Bucky taking on a version of Zola - either a copy that was made by SHIELD or a version of him that was transmitted out into the wider world before the missile strike somehow - that had no physical location at all.

Red Skull.  I don’t think that Hugo Weaving is ever coming back, but he would be pretty topical.

He would be excellent, agreed - I wonder how much they’d allow him to really be what he can be, though. Might be a bit too intense for Disney; unless they do go ahead with a “Marvel Knights” style mature-audience set of shows, in which case he would be the perfect first major villain.

I wouldn’t mind seeing David Tennant as Kilgrave again, he could be a pretty spectacular threat if he started using his insanely OP abilities for something less petty than his own immediate self-gratification.

Okoye is my first choice for BP as well but honestly, I don’t think they will do it, simply because her character would likely say it wasn’t her place to be the BP.

Killmonger by a mile. Michael B Jordan was so excellent that it just seems a shame to have him one-and-done.

OK, a few quick thoughts here:

I tried to watch that, but like the last couple of X-Men movies it felt more like really dedicated LARPing than anything else.

Despite our nature to put things in conflict the truth is we have two well-budgeted and well-made fantasy series to watch.  Nothing more, nothing less.  Move along.

I’ve watched both episodes of both shows and am pretty happy with them.  Definitely a much different vibe and I prefer RoP over HotD so far.  The biggest thing for me is the POV characters, HotD has been all high born folks so far where RoP is following a larger selection.

I hope they don’t make this secretly a Vision series. (In the comics, Viz has Wonder Man’s mental imprint and, theoretically, his personality, except obviously not in practice.)

Put him in all the MCU things, let’s go
