Giving this game multiplayer would be like having Devil May Cry, God of War, Ninja Gaiden, or Bayonetta get multiplayer. You just can't have a reasonable multiplayer experience when the core game mechanic is about gigantic, stylish combos with time-slowing effects and instant kills.

I wonder how the rest of the IW team is taking sides. You'd think they'd be as indignant about this as their decade-long leaders. They should just have an exodus to wherever West and Zampella are headed now.

@DelianSK13: Dude, you've only encouraged them more by quitting. IMO most of the fun in DOTA comes from trolling people until they leave.

@fuchikoma: Not bad additions. I was expecting some lame redundant categories but your divisions are logical.

@JesusDeSaad: SP rules, but this chick is fuuuugly.

@Scazza: Yeah, nowadays I pretty much won't touch any franchise that was bought up by EA with a ten-foot pole. All they care about is pumping out games at breakneck speed, resulting in halfassed, unfinished feeling games.

@Evdor: I should clarify, I was talking about Tiberian Dawn.

Classic C&C was always a serious story. It was only after EA took the reigns that the cutscenes became relegated to campy, retro-looking filler—really a mockery of the source material. Some of the writing and direction is just gaawwd awful.

Care to explain, um, WHY it could possibly take that long? It makes absolutely no sense.

@krynn: Sorry but they removed all background music due to the negative reaction to the "Indestructible" theme song.

@bsilver: Because you don't live in the USA?

@jsalari: They replaced it with a new Back Street Boys single

@Sirusjr: That's why I love Japanese games. I could never get over how ugly the character models were for Oblivion—especially the disgusting female character models.

@wintersault: I believe in the context of the game it's supposed to be ironic

@Tenshigami: I thought I'd never live to see this sort of argument on the Xbox360 side. Usually it's PS3 owners criticizing bad ports by saying "but look at how good Uncharted looks!"

@Bubbleman!: Wow, I get to choose to kill the giant insect alien and then I see a cutscene depicting how "cruel" my character is. Soooo deep.

@Bubbleman!: Are you implying that Mass Effect had an...ehem...DEEP plot?

@Jehuty: As if the "towns" in Final Fantasy were ever much more than giant cardboard cutout stage props where you could save your game. At least FFXIII is being realistic about scale.

@MysteryPersonX: Couldn't agree more. Final Fantasy is a venerated series because the creators strive to innovate and create something completely novel with each iteration. If that means some old school stalwarts get upset in the process, so be it—FF has earned the right to try crazy things.
