@Nivenus: Nah, the stories were just bad.
@Nivenus: Nah, the stories were just bad.
@Nivenus: I've never played a single "open structure" RPG with a compelling story. Dragon Age, Mass Effect, Oblivion, Fallout, etc all had pretty boring stories.
@thefloodgod: Mass Effect may not be linear but its story was the lamest uncompelling generic sci-fi trash. Not even close to the kinds of epic stories told by every FF game. I'd gladly trade in Mass Effect's pseudo-freedom for a story that I actually care about.
@Ash Crimson: The Xbox360 versions is not being released in Japan. Hence why no one has it yet.
Why does Square Enix go to such meticulous lengths to assure everyone that the two versions look identical? Seems awfully defensive to just assure Xbox360 owners, who were probably expecting a decent but not picture-perfect port. Methinks Square is more likely fulfilling some stipulation of the MS payoff.
@battra92: I feel you on that. I remember when Mad Catz made the lowest tier of bargain accessories. Now the TE sticks they make are probably the best consumer sticks you can buy, even when compared to more expensive products. I don't know what kind of corporate restructuring went on, but whoever is in charge now…

The difference is the sheer degree of red tape and bureaucracy you have to go through to obtain licenses in the People's Republic. Without the right kind of connections, the process can be extended almost…
Yay FFXIII DLC confirmed
There was never a need to worry, O'Brien. It's quite unlikely that your kids would develop an unhealthy addiction to playing the Wii. No one ever plays it much after the first few months and the novelty has worn off. If it were a xbox or ps3, the concern would have been legit.
The only charge O'Brien is guilty of is overestimated the appeal of the Wii. No one ever plays the Wii much after the first few months of ownership. Now, if it were an xbox or PS3 his concern would have been legit.
