this is my wheelhouse. i research teacher burnout at the preschool level. i (may be) moving to michigan to participate as a researcher in a project on that very thing, and if i do, i am definitely going up to flint to see what i can do.

i have a degree. when i worked at one of those preschools here in the bay area that costs families $20,000/year, i made $15.70/hour before taxes. i mention it because this is another part of the equation people rarely consider.
