While I’m sure those two cars have garbage drag coefficients, the numbers are probably fantastic compared to the G Wagen.

He’s never heard of a mandatory opt-out for non-arbitration clauses, seriously? Sony added the exact same clause, with limited time opt-out and everything, to the PlayStation ToS in 2011. Yes, I’m going to ignore that video.

That’s why any time there’s a change, you get a pop-up about those changes.  They are, ‘Presenting,” the updated ToS to you, so you are now bound by it.

Yeah, using a service means agreement to the ToS. That’s standard practice. You either agree to the new terms and keep using the service, opt-out of the new terms, or stop using the service.  That’s why you get a limited time to opt-out.  Once that time limit has passed, you’re considered agreed to the terms.

That’s not solely a Tesla problem, though it’s one they created. In an attempt to keep up with the Joneses, other carmakers flaunt their assistance tech as semi-autonomous features too, and minimize the ‘semi’ part of that word.
