He’s never heard of a mandatory opt-out for non-arbitration clauses, seriously? Sony added the exact same clause, with limited time opt-out and everything, to the PlayStation ToS in 2011. Yes, I’m going to ignore that video.

That’s why any time there’s a change, you get a pop-up about those changes.  They are, ‘Presenting,” the updated ToS to you, so you are now bound by it.

As a follow up, live photos are possible as watch faces as well. When the screen turns on, the first few seconds will be animated.

Yeah, using a service means agreement to the ToS. That’s standard practice. You either agree to the new terms and keep using the service, opt-out of the new terms, or stop using the service.  That’s why you get a limited time to opt-out.  Once that time limit has passed, you’re considered agreed to the terms.

That’s not solely a Tesla problem, though it’s one they created. In an attempt to keep up with the Joneses, other carmakers flaunt their assistance tech as semi-autonomous features too, and minimize the ‘semi’ part of that word.

Also a non-profit animal rescue employee. Can confirm, full of spayed and neutered animals.

Crazy cat guy from a crazy cat family. I also have five, and five is too much.

At least you were able to get them to cooperate.  Glad you got it fixed up!

I’d rank it as #2.

Pokemon Go tears through my data like crazy. I’ll go over my monthly cap if I play it, guaranteed.  It’s too bad, it seems like it’s a bit more fun than it was back when I played it at launch.

That’s enough internet for today.

Like many other beautiful and fast cars I’ll never own, I gawk when I see one, and the fleeting thought leaves my mind as fast as it entered.

Is it me, or is this the perfect subject for those Ask A Clean Lady articles over at Lifehacker?

I hope to own one someday.  The Elise is one of a few cars I look at on Auto Tempest every so often to daydream about owning.

CVS is also part of that anti-Apple Pay consortium that refuses to accept it for the sake of pettiness.

Here’s the thing about those coupons, they always expire days after your purchase that netted you that 5-foot-long receipt. Even if it’s a discount on a product I buy regularly, I just bought it, and have no intention of buying it again in three days because I won’t need to buy it in three days. Because I just bought

Cannot star this enough.  Great work, guys.

Craftsman tools are good stuff, especially in a tools market flooded with cheap garbage and formerly good brands that are now also garbage.

Sears never got onboard with the newest craze, the internet.  Amazon took the Sears catalog and digitized it before Sears could.

I think for a small degree of people who struggle with money, your statement is true.  But the vast majority of people overbuy because they buy what they want, not what they can afford.
