Acknowledging that cars are not good for the planet and advocating for them not to be used are two different things. He said we should all walk or ride bikes.

As someone who smoked and quit, they are great at first and a chain later on. And yes, I agree they are dangerous to all involved.

Quick check shows you can get ones in pretty decent shape for about 2x that much. On a normal car, that would be a NP. Not a Porsche. Hard ND on this. Any one of the needed repairs that are known, would likely easily exceed the purchase price of the car. That does not count what they are not telling you. I would be

No dice. I am an old truck fan, but these are not bringing that much money yet. Cool old truck, but with that condition, it is a sub 10K truck. Strikes against it include the fact that it is a long bed. It is an F250, but not 4 wheel drive, and the condition is not great. Hard to tell from photos, but it looks like

You realize this is a site for car enthusiast, right?

You could paint it brown and really be in Jalop heaven.

I would buy a lot of cars, but the first would be a pristine Karmann Ghia, convert it to a Tesla drive train and make it look bone stock on the outside, but have upgraded suspension and all the modern conveniences, but they would be completely hidden in a stock looking interior. It would be black with a white leather

I always think of this sketch when I hear questions like this. I like to think that I would keep enough to be comfortable and give the rest away, but everyone says that and few do when they actually get the chance. When you are this wealthy, I think it becomes more about the chase of wealth than the achievement of it.

I have never driven the Mitsubishi, but I chose it, because I have driven a spark and there is no way the Mitsubishi could be worse. That car was awful.

I have many, almost all of which I believe were incredibly stupid now that I am older, but by far the dumbest thing I ever did was street racing a co-worker of mine after closing at the McDonalds we worked at. We were in a small suburb of the town I now live in. The main drag was fairly flat and straight, and was

An “Animal Farm” reference and in the right context? Careful, Jason. The faithful around here are liable to burn you as a heretic.

Cool truck, but at that price?

I think the idea that the traffic stop needs to be eliminated completely is a bridge too far. Do I think people should be pulled over broken tail lights, expired tags, or other minor infractions? Absolutely not. There are better more effective ways to deal with those issues. Expired tag or broken tail light? Take a

I had one of these and it was the more fun to drive than you could possibly imagine. The person who owned it before me put some incredibly sticky Pirelli tires on it, and with it’s low center of gravity, it stuck into a curve like it was painted on it. This car was an incredible example of how fun it can be to drive a

24 hours of Lemons. This car would die a glorious death, which might offset it’s horrendous existence until this point.

Be honest, Rob. You uttered “Hey, hold my beer and watch this” immediately before hitting the submit on this one, didn’t you?

I swear, I looked at this first time and thought the price was $5,600 and was debating on whether or not it was a NP. Hard ND.

I think most reasonable people would view a vehicle in that poor of condition, with that much rust, and no title as a salvage vehicle. But then again, Jeep people aren’t typically reasonable.

Great story. I can’t believe I had never heard about this.

1. I would drive the hell out of this
