I had to first run PowerShell as an Admin (even though my user is an Admin) to get the Set-ExecutionPolicy to work. Then the PS file would not run, so back to PowerShell and C/P each line. It’s working now, according to Task Manager. Just detailing this in case anyone else has these problems.
