This is very common, it happens when you have individuals who like to make decisions that refuse to listen to their SME (Subject Matter Experts).

Yea it is tough, I took two communication classes on in my undergrad and one in my masters and communication through email/text is very difficult. People don't realize how much we relay on tone and body language.
