It makes sense if you don't have what people would call a 'nuanced' world view or are just batshit crazy.

But what about the goddamn honey!
Let me help you convince people to play this game: the main character pilots a giant robot designed to kill God.
Did I fall asleep and wake up in The Last Boy Scout?
"I've never heard someone Do-So-Little to get arrested."
Awwwwwwwwww burn!
I can spot the giant lurking pedophile if thats what you mean.
"The rent is too damn high in Hell."
"Franchise! I must franchise!"
His other more dramatic turns haven't been as impressive (Boiler Room, Find Me Guilty) but they seemed more written for him than as a stand alone work, often there is a very set tempo to how he speaks that I suspect comes from retooling the dialog.
I often forget that he was in that film but there are cameos all over not counting the already well known cast. I personally didn't mind that performance at all, but it was more or less, get shot, sob, die. But that being said it sets a more personal tone to the violence as the opening salvo is just about the most…
I actually kind of approve of this, Vision isn't charasmatic but needs some human hook to identify with the audience. Which is the best description of his acting style I can think of.
"Shirts? Fools."
You know what is depressing? Seemingly hitting something, but not hitting it, for eternity.
"In all honesty, I really don't pity the fool. I actually really like him. We sometimes do diner on Thursdays."
"Dick jokes? Oh, I thought you asked how many 'dick pokes.' Sorry, totally my bad."
The Confetti Lobby would like to have a word with you.
"I am the definition of smug. Go ahead. Look it up. I know you have no idea what that word means. You probably think it's a fucking dragon, but no. It's me, it is all me motherfuckers."
Great, "Hitler Bombing" has been brought to the art world.
I actually respect Killzone's dev's for sticking to a pretty strict design policy; shiny, explodey, and shiny explodey. They are one of the few games that really fleshes out the single player campaign into something that feels separate from the multiplayer, instead of a glorified demo.
