I’m now picturing that the seller’s office is a picnic table with an umbrella over it that you “enter” by sitting down at the table.

pretty much every old Volvo has a broken odometer. It’s a feature!
As much as a Grand National’d Volvo appeals to me...I gotta agree. Still too high on the price.
But for 8k you can buy and ship far more interesting and better built Italian cars, made in, you know, Italy.
I’m with you. It’s a lot for a Yugo, but it’s really nice for any 34 year old car. And we’re not talking the 20/30/40 grand asking prices we’ve seen on some “museum quality” old commuter cars that Rob brings us. For the right hipster with nostalgia and some cash, I’m sayin NP
As a guy who is browsing the C4 market place, this is a 100% nice price. This is solidly in the middle of the market for the C4. There are some early 90's ones in a little better shape for less but with an automatic. If it had a removable top, aka Targa top, then it would be almost perfect.
No, officer. I wasn’t driving drunk. I let go of the wheel and took my feet off the pedals.
kinda like blowing an engine. boss got a bill for 14k for a used bmw 535 engine. 17k for a new one.
“But not so special that it would be sacrilege to put your personal stamp on it”
Yeah you could put another 10 grand in it to get in decent shape and have a collector car easily worth 7-8 grand.
Eh. I think it’s a fair price. 2nd gen LTDs should be cheap. I mean, they way uglier than the first gen LTD and also by far the ugliest of the Big 3's giant, non-luxury, convertibles in ‘72.
Tony Gwynn and Cal Ripken Jr. went into the Hall of Fame together, and even they couldn’t get a 100% vote.
FYI, you can save yourself some maths if you are on a PC by hovering the cursor over the pie chart.
Sorry, I saw the rear license plate placement and had a small seizure, must have hit the NP button in the process.
Some people just want to watch the world burn.
Found him!
Not a bad strategy if you can get it done.
That was my thought; why would you pay all that money to buy a car like this to put-put to the grocery store on Sundays? To get trailered to a car show? Some Jalopnik posters love to deride people for being “posers” for buying high performnce cars that they don’t wring out or drive “as intended”...then when they…
If the seller managed to blow the engine before 50K, how else has this been abused? And how do you get a split in the seat that quickly? Something ain’t right here. ND.
This. The GT-R is an awesome car that will make you feel like a god every time you drive it, but this is not the one to buy. You don’t want to be stuck with the check when the other bits of a flogged supercar begin to wear out.
