I’ve heard that too. I’m not sure that it works for everyone or everything though. For me, it depends on what I’m doing whether I need to eat first. I don’t like doing anything that requires strength and endurance without eating first, preferably about an hour earlier. I have never been able to perform well at

I haven’t been running lately, but when I do I eat very little beforehand. Maybe some eggs or a banana. Running on a full stomach is not pleasant for me.

That’s what I gathered too. The dangers of internet comments :)

I tend to eat carbs like whole grain toast for breakfast and then to have lean meat with veggies with some rice or other grains at lunch and dinner. Based on what other people are telling me too, I may need more protein and more carbs before working out.

That’s good advice. I probably don’t get enough protein. I know that I don’t get enough calcium unless I remember to take calcium pills. I can’t eat dairy and usually only have lean meat once a day. In undergrad before my body gave up on dairy, I used to eat plain yogurt a lot for breakfast. The dairy-free substitutes

Yeah, it can be frustrating though. I’ve given up drinking beer, and I’m switching to only eating dessert-type foods on special occasions. I also know that I would loose weight more quickly if I started running again. I have noticed that I am much stronger better core strength and flexibility from doing pilates and

That could be the case for me too. I eat a mostly vegetarian diet with some lean meat. I also can’t do any dairy. It may help to boost the amount of lean meat and vegetables I eat and to decrease the empty carbs types of food.

This is what I run into at the gym. I can’t seem to gain strength and loose weight at the same time. If I eat enough not to get faint lifting weights, it is too much for me to loose much overall weight/fat.

That’s what worries me.

Nope. Bears eating human food are not a good thing. OK. A cub in the cat door is humorous, but it shouldn’t be something we joke about. Bears need to stay in the wild. It is safer for them and for the people.

Oh yes! A very interesting meaning ;)

I’m sure he assumes that we can’t commit. So stretchy dresses are ok?

I will never think of that phrase the same way again. :/

Seriously, dude has not heard of lipstick lesbians? Also I’m still trying to figure out what being an uncommitted lesbian means? Like as a hobby? Only on Tuesdays?

It will combine Patti Smith and John Logan as the creative team. Cool! Penny Dreadful is fun; Just Kids is great. I’m excited in any case.

That makes sense about the woods actually being a logical. I was thinking that he was planning to die but wanted to take as many of the corrupt cops with him as possible and the woods have a lot less chance of innocent people getting killed in the cross fire.

That makes sense :) I try to avoid hard wax because I have a tendency to heat it too hot and then get really impatient. Microwave sugaring gel avoids the putting very hot substances on my skin problems.

Sugaring is better for sensitive skin, it rinses off and is less likely to burn. Get a nice sugar gel and cloth strips. Hard wax will get off the most stubborn hairs but it is also heated to the hottest temperature and hard to remove if you make a mistake.

Waxing legs does not hurt me at all. I use a more expensive brand of pre-waxed strips usually because I’m lazy. As long as you get the hairs before they are too long and you do not hesitate when pulling it is really easy.

I wax my own pits too. Usually I use strips and warm sugaring gel, but sometimes I’m lazy and use the pre-made wax strips for legs. The leg strips are not advisable btw.
