Looks like you're all correct, unless the dude plastidipped the doorjambs - that would be weird but possible.

The matte black is likely a wrap or dip job. Nothing more needed than a good afternoon peeling it and some Goo-gone to get back the original color.

If they're selling more and year with each year, why would they be gone in 2 years? Same story since the 80's. You're late to that party.

Beautiful!

I think 1500 cars up to 2500? something along those lines, not sure exactly. They're a boutique manufacturer, they don't mass produce cars by the millions like Porsche.

Looks exactly like this (can't find pics of my car on my hard drive and too lazy to go looking online) except mine is matte grey.

I have the Evora with the paddles mated to the torque converter. It's obviously not as quick as a PDK but it shifts quickly and violently. It's way lighter than a dual-clutch setup, simpler, cheaper, and suits the car very well.

"Nobody buys the Lotus Exige. Well, pretty much nobody. Definitely nobody in America, since poor Lotus doesn't sell it here anymore, but close to nobody buys them in Europe, either."

They skinned Fozzy Bear for that interior

Am I the only one who is really hoping this ends with the cop beating the fucking tar out of this self-entitled asshole who just wants to hear himself speak?

Would it have killed Ferrari to just keep producing the F40, exactly as is, forever? Price it at about 200k and sell it as their trackday darling. Omega puts out the same Speedmaster since the mid 60's, and it sells like crazy. In the same way, I don't think this car needs to ever be updated.

As with anything in life, it's an issue of perspective. I had spent the week driving various cars in search of a summer car, so in all fairness this pig of a car had to impress me after stepping out of a supercharged Elise. The first thing I thought is, this is my S4 all over again.

This one. I was told it was glorious to drive, connected and communicative, playful and responsive. Instead, it felt like a nip-tucked S4. Fast and drama-free, but with insulated steering, poor feedback when cornering, and totally unable to let me feel the road and forces through my fingers. An utter disappointment,

This tribal design would have been great back in 2004, when Oakley sunglasses and Tapout shirts were a thing.

Everyone can stop sucking the proverbial cock of Porsche - there's absolutely no need to waste energy defending this fucking gussied up Q5.

I'm pretty sure someone will find a way to hack the display so you can type whatever you want:

Meh, whatever. If it has to explained to you I don't think you'll ever get it. Enjoy yourself and be well.

Who gives a fuck, the company is Britishso they're British. End of story. Lotus has the panels for the Elise and Evora made in France. So is the leather that covers 99% of the interior. Are they French? Or Japanese since that 3.5L V6 comes from Japan?

Gather round kids, and let gramps tell you the old story of a Japanese purveyor of mediocre econoboxes dreamed they would take on Mercedes.
