I don’t think Americans would care anyway. They’ve got a cup car and there is barely anyone here.

This probably isn’t what you’re looking for but I had something super creepy happen while flying a Cessna around Florida a little while back.

Yes but if you drive a big luxury car there’s no manual option... Oh wait...

What if someone filled the DEF bottle with fuel? Wouldn’t it do this? Either way, somebody royally fucked up.

I see a lack of a “trail rated” badge on the trailhawk-looking topshot.

Really should’ve bought a Power Wagon

Raph, buddy, this was a very well articulated and informative post. I know I’ve had to do these things more than most sane people. But we both drive old German cars.

TDi spec series?

Cool write up! I’ve always liked that body style C-class.

The cirrus can be a difficult plane to fly. Especially near Max Gross weight as this one appeared to be. That’s why it has the parachute. Sadly, this would have been too close to the ground for the BRS to work.

Honestly? Chumpcar. My team made a horrible choice with their project car. It’s full of rust and damage. Wiring is messed up, budget is dwindling.

That seems to be a Hyundai trait.

If you want to get drifty with it, don’t forget to HOLD the ESC off for 12 sec to get rid of all of the nannies completely.

Good reporting Michael. Keeping the wild sensationalism out of this.

I’ve been saying this for years, growing up in PA. But now, down here in Florida there are no inspections, and the amount of vehicles that I see that should not even be allowed out of a junkyard is astounding.

Need a Daytona Beach connection?

They’re testing this in a vacuum, right? Like it couldn’t be as simple as heated expanding gasses If tested on the ground? It is a microwave, after all.

My father had a geo tracker. He rolled it, twice. After that he bought an Isuzu trooper for my mom. That was her favorite car because she was so short but the 2-ft long gearshift was still an easy reach for her.

I dented the hood on one because instead of letting gravity close it, I decided to slowly put it down and then press it shut with my hand. The metal gave before it closed.

Suicide doors should me more common.
