This is hardly lawsuit worthy I think. As bad of a company that Uber seems to be what are the odds of a contracted Uber driver owning a ramp-equipped vehicle anyway? Don’t the plaintiffs realize that these are technically “contractor” operated vehicles?

Recoil force of a .223 is usually between 3-4 ft-lbs

A three-axis gimbal that is stabilized by piezo accelerometers, mounting the gun platform to the multirotor. Just like the cameras on many of the consumer drones. The force of recoil of a firearm can be felt in different directions depending on how the firearm is mounted. Most of the recoil impulse will move opposite

Ah, yes many a redneck has attempted something like this. Only a few dare to put it on the YouTubes

If you’re referring to FPS Russia that was cgi for COD. Besides, totally illegal in the US.

Any multirotor strong enough to carry a “machine gun” is already large enough to have the miniscule recoil that is produced by a 5.56 round be dissapated by the weight of the airframe.

As far as I can tell, power train reliability with the hybrid models seems on par with other hybrids.

The Regular models are cool and all, but I know I’m looking forward to the S model hybrid. Basically uses a smaller version of the i8 setup.

Here’s a novel idea... Look at the selector display before you exit the vehicle. Or even better! They have something that’s designed to prevent this called a Parking Brake.

This sounds a lot like what me and my team is dealing with trying to get a 1985 Z31 into a chumpcar racer...

Honestly Raph, it’s kinda making me sick how much people are blowing this out of proportion. This kind of stuff happens literally all the fucking time in small airplanes, and sometimes airliners as well, but you don’t hear about it because it didn’t involve a celebrity.

Had one of these the first year of college. Best $500 I ever spent. Sold it for $200 and a nice rifle. It’s still going somewhere in New Jersey with like 300,000 miles on the odometer.

If you need aerial photography Patrick, we could work something out shoot by shoot?

I’ll say nice price on this one. Quad cab Mercedes pickup that’s NOT the 6x6 or a sprinter? Also purple. I’m sold.

First off, yes, the plane might be an “eyesore” to most people. But I bet you they wouldn’t think it that bad if he was running it every day!

Currently studying Unmanned aerial systems, I’ve been studying the feasibility of scaling up your little hobby drones to be used for a job like this.

Can confirm, ultralights/homebuilts are awesome. A dude nearby in Florida has a flying replica of a Fokker Dr.1 triplane.

Torque multiplication. The hellcat made 4100 ft lbs of torque. At 35 wheel RPM.

Oh god the stories about the passengers are the reason I’m becoming a commercial pilot. I get to sit up front away from Bob and the like.

It’s not another driver. They’re spectators that win contests or pay to sit.
