The Integra had a rebuilt title and a christmas tree for a dashboard.

I hadn't seen Motor Trend tv before. Good camera work and the hosts didn't take themselves too seriously. It doesn't follow the typical garbage American car show format. And they picked one of the 3 configurations that makes the MX look decent. The Bentley makes me want to enjoy that bathtub of leather and wood.

Guess where Tesla got the column shifter from...MB parts bin.

I learned on an old 92 Sentra. It was so easy you didn’t even have to use the gas pedal to get it rolling. I was 12 years old too haha.

I don’t have a lot of confidence in Tesla’s timelines, but what they’ve accomplished already is a miracle. I wouldn’t sell them short, but would highly suggest finding a manufacturing parter to help them fill orders. “Hey, want to help us make 400k cars in TN Nissan?” Also realize it’s not that simple, but neither is

Hello, I'm calling about the warranty on your car you sold 4 years ago. This is the last attempt.

    90 degree turns for everybody!!!

I have the Model S “40kWh” with a software pay wall. That pay wall is $11000 and can be removed remotely by Tesla. There are still a few of us left who never upgraded (it was originally 100-200 cars). They still give me the latest software updates tailored to limit my range.

Coupes went out the window with the arrival of our daughter last month. Anything small really. My wife’s CT200h (snoooooze) can barely fit the carseat and stroller. We still haven’t tried all three of us in it. Fortunately my car is a giant tank of a hatchback sedan.

Yeah, I’ve definitely not hired contractors because they had conservative bumper stickers on their truck. It shows bad judgement that probably translates to their business practices.

Just like ISPs have tried their best to be more than just a “dumb pipe”, automakers continue their pathetic attempts at controlling the infotainment consoles. Just let it happen guys. Apple and Google will win because that’s what people want and are familiar with.

We can land a man on the moon...

With six inches more leg room.

Baking soda mixed in water will help with corroded battery terminals. In a pinch, you can use Coke or Pepsi too. Not really wrenching, but still...

The first couple thousand Model S had fit and finish issues. I have one and it’s been back at service for various things. But they pick it up and leave you a loaner, fix it, and then drop it off clean. Beats anything I've bought new regardless of price.

Counterpoint: My wife sells wedding invitations that can reach $25 per invitation. And she’s too busy to take more business. We find it both absurd and super!

Spinning the can (or bottle) in an ice bath accelerates cooling.

You get to jump the line if you order the expensive one. They did the same thing with the S, which pissed off a lot of people who waited 3-4 years.

    181k miles on an S55...

It was undeniably mispriced, that's why I got it.
