Some children reject their birth parents when they get older. Sometimes, you try to raise your biological child the right way and they turn out to be some kind of scumbag. At least, if you adopt a kid, you have somebody else to blame when shit goes bad :)

Answer: Yes. I believe she had braces(you can find photos) as a child, but got veneers in her late teens or something.
