Good alternative to killing monsters for coin on the Path! No more losing track of Ciri!

Or do what I did, and drop the game for a whole goddamn year somewhere in Novigrad. When you inevitably come back and finish it, it feels like just the right length!

John Teti was the best at this back in the day. His Assassin's Creed 3 pan is one for the ages.

I terribly terribly love The Witcher 3 (after initially being meh on it), but I am so very tired of seeing it mentioned every time another western RPG comes out, as if it's a zero sum game of "only one can be great."

The headline made it seem like he was a rapist or a murderer or a Mel Gibson.

It's always satisfying when a TV show's ads tell you EXACTLY what kind of show it is. Sweet sweet confirmation of expectations!

100% agreed re Sarandon being The Worst (hey, remember when she went to bat for Nader in 2000, too?).

This looks like an absolutely gorgeous but ultimately profoundly hollow, uh, er, you know, shell of a movie.

Oh man, I've been wondering forever what the FTL folks were doing next. This looks pretty darn good! Looks like Ben Prunty's back to do an original score, too. I'm there.

"We have concluded that IMDb’s message boards are no longer providing a positive, useful experience"

Unfortunately, it's not Obsidian, though - it's inXile Entertainment, who did Wasteland 2. Which was okay, from what I've heard? Mostly new territory, as far as my expectations go. It's a hell of a pitch for a game, though.

Yeah, I knew the precise moment even before looking at the spoiler text. It almost gave me a heart attack. D:

A+ use of the spoiler tags…

I really really really want Torment to be good.

Oh wow, I totally missed that! I look forward to buying it, playing 5 minutes, and then being too scared to play again. D:

Home was spooky! Gotta get away!!

Gone Home does creepy, abandoned atmosphere really damn well.

Routine is, as far as I can tell, never coming out, sigh. But the internet claims that Mick Gordon (of the recent DOOM + Wolfenstein reboot fame) is doing the soundtrack? So maybe it's not dead?
