Mortal Kombat 2 on store shelves now!

Mortal Kombat’s huge impact is far more likely to ignite some sort of emotional response from TV viewers than a fake game that is mentioned a couple times on a videogame they probably didn’t play.

This is one of the most hilarious shut downs I’ve seen in a long time, and polite.

If this movie has depictions of difficult real life scenarios then I AM OUT. I intentionally rewatch children’s movies to keep myself from processing an honest reaction to simulated horror. Emotional abuse in an R-rated film? NO INTEREST I TELL YOU! 

Correct me if I’m wrong, but this is the longest we’ve ever gone between mainline Mario games at this point, right? Feels like we’re due for one, or at least a new entry in the NSMB series.

Backtracking is a feature bc it’s a Metroidvania. But there’s certainly a time-respectful way of doing this, and Fallen Order definitely had a few places that were huge pains in the ass to get to/from and were just begging for fast travel.

I may be using this term incorrectly, but that seems like a “meta” joke to me; a joke about how bad those ideas are for a joke.

Maybe AI isn’t that advanced yet. I don’t even know if I understand the concept of “meta” humor.

Is it just me, or did it sound like the AI was almost riffing on transphobic comedians? “No one was laughing.” Like it was pointing out that that shit isn’t funny.

I wish I could get behind the Ori games, they’re beautiful, but holy god some sections devolve from difficult into just plain aggravating.  Some of those extremely lengthy escapes where one fuck up sends you back to the start become not-fun, very quickly.
