In a feed I watched you could hear the question, so it was at least actually asked. I’ve seen some people question the motive of the reporter that asked it — to me, it had an exasperated tone of an adult that’s tired of listening to a tantruming child.

He takes Republican voters for idiots, like the rest of us, and is simply betting that there will always be enough of them, at least cyclically, to continue pushing these bullshit supply-side policies. And sadly, that’s been a good bet for his entire miserable life, because Republican voters are the biggest marks in

It is remarkable how that buzzword soup is not only lazy nonsense but also demonstrably fucking wrong.

That’s been their game for going on 40 years now. Loot the government, make a big mess, then blame Democrats as they do the painful job of trying to clean up. Rinse and repeat.

“The trouble I had with the Obama program was that it was all spending,” Kudlow responded. “And most of it was not spending for infrastructure, most of it was spending for welfare, social spending. That’s not a growth prescription.”

When I was having anti-abortion propaganda drilled into my head through the Catholic schooling of my childhood, I always assumed we would treat women that got abortions as murderers and prosecute them thusly. I can’t remember it ever specifically coming up, it just seemed like the only logical stance.

The point being that he can’t engage in discussion, negotiation and debate, or even go out into society in general, without being armed and ready to murder at a moment’s notice?

Did you just compare gay rights to gun rights?

Counterpoint: Who gives a shit about the intentions of some super-rich slave owners 240 years ago? They were men, not gods, and they were right about some things and very wrong about others.

If you want to talk about Franken, just talk about Franken. No need to bring Kimmel into it.

So, if you’re some rich-ass oil/gas lobbyist, why are you pestering your boy to pay up on his rent that you’re practically giving away in the first place?

As fun as it might seem spending 10 hours in a tractor playing your Switch all day, it’s far from an easy life.

That’s not the point. Counter pieces from any source can be easily composed and sourced with a link. You don’t have to pay and publish a fascist to write a column about why fascists are wrong.

If definitely doesn’t work, although the NYT management still seems to think it does. They think that if they publish crappy conservative opinions, crappy conservatives will be nice to them.

I think it’s more because most people don’t actually want to murder other humans, and even moreso, don’t want to suffer the consequences of murdering another human.

And where by chance are you from, and how many oligarch pigs have you personally murdered to create your better society?

Upon learning of this woman’s ... issues and seeming inability to get along with others, my immediate reaction was “How was this pretty clearly deranged person able to get a gun?”

Getting more kids into private (read: for-profit and/or Christian) schools is very much the goal of Republicans when they actively work to destroy public schools.

You should have sympathy for the roughly 40% or so of each state’s population that doesn’t vote for more oppression and oligarchy and theocracy.

You’re both missing my point and seemingly not understanding the action you’re telling other people they should take. And it’s not about whether you “agree” with a fact or not.
