It’s incredible how many of their arguments, when you finally boil them down, amount to just that: X doesn’t matter because the person/entity saying X is biased against us.

While most of the early 90s hasn’t aged well, it should be pointed out that this was a bad look back then, too.
I’ve actually known a few Teds that were great people. I move to strike Ted from the list of prick names.
During that same segment, her guest, a Republican no less, said this:
Mid-20s with four kids, taking in another? Claims that God himself told him to adopt that baby?
To the MAGA Nazis, there is no difference between an illegal immigrant brown person and an American citizen brown person.
I also have a dumb question — what happened to “Hispanic?” That seemed more gender-neutral than Latino or Latina or even Latinx (which I’m not sure how to pronounce), but it seems to have fallen out of fashion?
Sorry, there’s already one long thread of me and a few others chasing one of you and your goalposts around. Not interested in doing it again.
“He is (despite what he says) a libertarian.”
Yes, us “kids” know what fascist means. I call Shapiro a fascist because he’s associated with other fascists and fascist organizations for years, and because he’s advocated for fascist tactics against his political enemies (while projecting about the same, because like most other fascists, that’s his schtick). He’s a…
you spend more time insulting my arguments than you do actually responding to them. I wonder why that is? (I don’t actually wonder)
Ha, look at you, dishonestly quoting what I actually said to continue making your bad-faith argument. It’s like we’ve come full-circle to your original post in this thread.

And you’re not bothered by Shapiro’s constant hypocrisies while concern trolling about perceived hypocrisy by liberals (while complaining about liberals generalizing about conservatives, no less).
I don’t believe in judging people by the company they keep. And I don’t believe in judging people by their worst followers (anyone with a decent following is guilty by this measure).
Because I didn’t say “logical” fallacy. I just said fallacy. You constructed the strawman of a “logical” fallacy so you could attempt to wordplay it into something you could demagogue with.
Well said.
Some of us have jobs and social lives that prevent us from spending all day on internet forums.
Thanks Bill. This is a great example of a typical Shapiro rebuttal rant.
I’ve played this game with Shapiro fans (and their alt-right cousins) before. I could dig up and repost the multitude of things he’s said about Muslims, Black Lives Matter, etc., and you’d use the all-important Plausible Deniability to shoot down each one. Unless I have evidence of Shapiro shouting the n-word into a…
